My position as Managing Director of Trinity is the fruition of my dream and the result of my drive to achieve success not just for myself but for my team. My background in hotel management has provided the perfect grounding, relationships and knowledge to achieve my business goals. In my spare time (when I have some), I enjoy cooking, travel, theatre, music and generally having a good time!

I joined Trinity in January 2008, my roles here have always been sales focused including managing the venuefinder.com team and the international sales department. I am now Director of Sales for the whole company focusing on face to face client contact and strong customer service. Prior to joining Trinity I worked in a range of industry sectors gaining experience in sales and customer satisfaction. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and travelling to our holiday home in Spain.

I joined Trinity in 2009 as Director of Operations, responsible for the day-to-day running of the company and support of the team. In addition I have been heavily involved in bringing various projects to life, particularly in IT. I have worked in the hotel industry in various guises throughout my career and now enjoy the scope that working in an agency allows. My hobbies include tennis and house restoration.

Director of Marketing

I joined Trinity at launch stage in a strategic role to assist in building the company and developing international venue finding. My role is now marketing and PR. I am destination champion for Lisbon as part of Trinity’s international programme and love visiting the city. My career in the meetings industry began as a conference organiser for a PCO on legal, financial and business topics in the EU and Eastern Europe. This was followed by several roles at United Business Media, involving publishing magazines and directories, including venuefinder.com / blue&green. In addition, I was Marketing Manager for International Confex. In my spare time I go to the gym, have an allotment, enjoy cooking and make sure I have a skiing holiday!

I have worked for Trinity since May 2010, initially employed as a Project Manager for our bespoke event software solution METIS. Six months on, my role changed to Finance Manager and then Director of Finance. This was a natural progression as my 20 year career has always been in finance in various industry sectors. My role progressed further in April 2013 to Commercial Director, dealing with Trinity’s key suppliers and negotiating preferred commission deals. In my spare time I enjoy travel, shopping, socialising and going to the gym.

I joined the team at Trinity in July 2018 to support the growth of both the existing Trinity business and the new exciting EDGE platform. My role is specifically focused on ensuring our proposition is driving value to our customers and industry partners. I have held previous senior leadership roles within the TMC sector with specific customer focus remits for business development & account management. I live in Lincoln and spend my spare time with my family, walking the dogs and running a Youth football team.

I have joined Trinity in the role of Business Development Manager, so I work directly with clients, building and maintaining relationships and supporting the growth of the business. Previously, I worked for 13 years for TUI in many aspects of the business: managing teams in overseas destinations, training and recruitment in head office and managing retail stores. The hospitality industry is something that I’m passionate about. Outside work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going to the theatre and I take opportunity to travel.

I joined Trinity in June 2014 as International Marketing Administrator, looking after our agreements with overseas venues and after joining the Event Support Team taking care of administrative matters relating to bedrooms and event management, I am now based within the business development team.  I previously worked for NGA Human Resources in a customer services and administration role. Outside of work I love spending time with my husband and our two children.

Deborah Aylward

Account Director

I joined in February 2018 to manage and develop the strategic relationship with our key accounts and work with them to grow the business and deliver outstanding client experiences. My background is in the leisure travel industry, starting as a retail travel agent with Thomas Cook working up to Head of Suppliers Relations after time in the Operations and Cruise departments. More recently, I was Head of Trade Sales for Saga Travel in Kent developing relationships with travel agents. My travel experience and account management background gives me a strong foundation for this exciting role at Trinity. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends as well as theatre, cinema, reading and music.

I joined Trinity in July 2014 and currently hold the position of Business Unit Manager and have previously worked as a Business Analyst within the technology team. Before joining Trinity, I worked at a hotel in the North East of England in the conference and sales team, as well as the golf sales team, before relocating to Lincolnshire and joining an agency for the first time. In my time away from Trinity I am obsessed with both watching and playing sports.  I enjoy football, golf, skiing, Formula 1 (watching, not participating!), as well as going for walks and bike rides.

I joined Trinity in 2010 venue finding for clients that came to us via venuefinder.com, I then went on to support one key pharmaceutical company which gave me the stepping stone to become Team Leader for our Pharma Meetings division, looking after our pharmaceutical clients. My previous experience in organising conferences, events and weddings for a hotel has given me an excellent grounding for this role. Outside of work I enjoy socialising with friends and family, as well as listening to music and going to the theatre. I also like to indulge in baking (especially cakes)!

I have worked in various roles since joining Trinity in November 2006 including International and Specialist Meetings Manager, heading our Pharma Meetings division and also the venuefinder.com account. Working with such a range of clients has enabled me to have a real understanding of the varied client needs we have here at Trinity. Before joining Trinity, I worked at Lincoln Cathedral as Tourism Development Assistant where I was involved in the organisation of large events and festivals. In my spare time I enjoy long walks with my dogs, (trying) to cook and reading.

I returned to Trinity as an Account Manager in April 2017 having previously enjoyed 7 successful years between 2007 and 2014. After finding my feet with the Venuefinder.com team I spent the majority of my time previously as part of our dedicated Pharma Meetings team working on a wide range of events, both domestically and internationally, focusing on account retention through the provision of value added activity and excellent customer service. Having missed the fast-paced nature and the day to day variation that events bring I am excited to be back and looking forward to the many new challenges ahead. Outside of work I enjoy a range of sports, spending time with family and friends and exploring the local countryside with our Springer Spaniel.

I joined Trinity in March 2016 as a Business Development Executive. I will be working closely with the venue finding and Pharma Meetings teams to develop new client relationships. Prior to Trinity I have worked in different industries including advertising and tourism all in the role of business development or sales executive. I initially started my career within customer support for a travel company but soon found that I also enjoyed the challenge and every changing landscape of sales. I feel my background in sales and customer support allows me to build and maintain strong relationships with my clients. Outside of work I enjoy travelling and spending time relaxing with my family.

Senior Event Consultant

I returned to Trinity in 2017 as a Senior Event Consultant. I started my events journey at Trinity in 2013, before moving to Nottingham and working in a hotel event sales team. I then worked with another agency that focused on creative corporate events, before moving back to my hometown and returning to Trinity after becoming a mum. I have learnt a vast amount over the years; working for “the other side” within a hotel and with another agency has given me an excellent insight into the corporate event world from various perspectives and strengthened my skill set. Working initially on the venuefinder.com team when I returned to Trinity, which grew my knowledge in business development, I have since joined a team that look after one of our Key Accounts. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, reading, baking and playing in brass bands!

Moving into Event Management from a 10-year career in travel, I have a lot of transferable skills that have helped me settle into the role and I am really enjoying building my knowledge on venues within the UK and worldwide to be able to offer the best service to our clients. Outside of work, I enjoy time with family and friends and travelling as much as I can.

I joined in October 2017 as part of the Account Management team. With 17 years’ experience in customer relations and management, I have been able to transfer my skills into a new career with Trinity. My energy, drive and commitment helps me to build relationships with clients and colleagues and develop my knowledge in the corporate events world. Outside of work I like to keep busy: running, tennis, travelling, socialising and I am the president of the Stamford WI all whilst studying a Higher Level Diploma in Events Management.

I joined Trinity in November 2017 as an Events Consultant for the Pharma Meetings team. I have previously worked in a local hotel, golf and conference centre and, so I understand the day to day running of conferences and events. I graduated from the University of Leeds in summer 2017 with a degree in History and French and I am fluent in French. Outside of work I enjoy reading, travelling, learning new languages and spending time with my family and friends.

With over 20 years’ experience working in the hospitality and event industry, I know how important it is to deliver first class customer service and I am looking forward to building up my knowledge about venues within the UK and Worldwide. Out of the office I am kept very busy with my three children and their sporting activities at the weekends. When I have the time I love to catch up with friends and enjoy good food and fine wine.

Most of my experience is in travel sector, as I spent more than 4 years with TUI. Outside the office I enjoy spending time with the family dogs and my house rabbit, relaxing with family and friends. I joined Trinity as administrator for the account management team in April 2018. My daily role includes general administration as well as supporting the team with venue finding. Previously I worked within the hotel industry as a receptionist at a local hotel and conference centre, so I understand accommodation bookings, events and conferences from the venue’s perspective. In my spare time I like to socialise with friends and family, go to concerts and I’m always looking for somewhere new to visit!

I began my career at Trinity in August 2014, as a Conference Executive in the Pharma Meetings team, reaching senior level, have worked in the account management team and now am Team Leader for Pharma Meetings. My background is in the legal sector and consisted of legal administration, costs and private client matters, such as Wills and Trusts. I enjoy watching and playing football together with an interest in history and astronomy.

I joined Trinity in June 2011 as a Database Coordinator for our information systems but was also responsible for accommodation bookings and our online media presence. Since then I have been promoted to Senior Event Consultant in the Pharma Meetings team. I have previously worked and volunteered in the public sector, retail, finance and social welfare, which has given me experience across lots of different fields. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, music, and visiting cafes with good books and good friends.

I jointed Trinity in August 2016 as an Event Consultant in the Venuefinder Team working closely with clients and understanding their needs and requirements so as to source the right venue for their events. 6 months later I moved over to join the Pharma Team. Previously I worked for a large Midlands based Housing Assocation for several years then moved over to the legal side working in a Paralegal Role before taking a position as Restaurant Manager at a local village hotel. I have been in and out of the hotel and catering trade over the years in varying roles all of which serve me well now I am here at Trinity.

A Swedish national, I graduated in Hotel Management in Switzerland and went on to work in hotels and cruise ships around the world. After meeting my husband-to-be in Beijing and relocating to England, I joined an event management company in Leeds, which then lead to 12 years of working in event agencies and on the client side. After running my sports coaching business for 5 years, the opportunity came up to sell the business and I decided to return to the world of event management. I joined Trinity in September 2016 to head up the Event Management team and it’s exciting to be back. I enjoy the great outdoors, travel, sports, walking our dog and I am a bit of a foodie.

Business Analyst

I work on the development of Edge Venues, analysing the organisation's efficiency by studying its needs, business model, workflows and technological systems, and make recommendations to the Edge Project Team to improve business efficiency. I am also responsible for internal and external reporting from our inhouse systems, IT technical support, covering the employee helpdesk, monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks. My experience has been varied, giving me a good level of experience in different areas of the business. In the past I have worked in admin, finance, logistics, IT, children’s services, adult social care and facilities management sectors, in both the public and private sector. I enjoy travelling, the outdoors, most contact sporting activities and socialising with both friends and family. Football and Boxing are my main passions.

I work with the teams to deliver accurate and interesting data rich content for the business and to support our technology. I have previously worked in the Leisure Travel Sector, looking after the relationships with a number of 3rd party Tour Operator Business Partners and negotiating the Commercial Agreements with independent retail businesses. I love spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy reading (mainly Stephen King), going out to the cinema or for dinner and travelling when I can.

Following my degree in Tourism I went travelling around the world for a year before starting work in hotels and restaurants and have spent the last 14 years working for a hotel booking agency. My role at Trinity is to assist the Commercial Director, manage appointments and work with the finance team. My spare time is spent looking after my 2 young girls who seem to have a better social life than me. I also enjoy cooking and reading when I get a chance!

My role is Data Manager and I keep our internal venue data system up to date. I liaise with the venues to make sure we have up to date photographs and descriptions for our clients' proposals. As to hobbies and pastimes, I’m interested in DIY, so I have several ongoing building projects at home which will get finished eventually!
