The Specialist Media Show focuses on needs of specialist media businesses, providing them with opportunities to learn about new channels, share ideas and tips and network with peers.
Bring together hundreds of media professionals from around the country to meet new suppliers with ideas to share and provide an interest in helping them drive profitable growth. Organisers wanted visitors to discover new innovations in print, paper, online, technology, event services, design, editorial, training and more.
Think Tank in Birmingham was selected as the destination. Due to the nature of the show it was important that one venue could hold the conference, workshops, 1:1 sessions, exhibition and annual awards presentation, as well as accommodate all the visitors.
Because of the specific venue requirements our Event Manager arranged site visits with a number of venues ahead of confirming the Think Tank in Birmingham.
As part of the overall project Trinity Event Solutions ran the pre-planning, delegate registration, logistics, management and on-site organisation.
Throughout the project and on-site, Trinity Event Solutions and Specialist Media Show worked closely together and this ensured the project was a huge success.
