Event Management Solution

As part of the overall project Trinity ran the pre-event and onsite management and included 2 dedicated event managers to co-ordinate all suppliers, venues, local transfers, event schedule and budgets, planning meetings and client liaison.

- Onsite logistics
- Meet and greet at delegate registration desk
- Collation of delegate packs
- Overseeing the running of the event
- Liaison between the client and the suppliers – venue, AV company, etc

Throughout the project and on-site, Trinity and Fiberweb worked closely together which ensured the project was a huge success.
