I started working for the company in May 2010. In my tenure I have enjoyed many roles across the business and now currently taking the helm for EDGE Venues as Managing Director. Under the strategic leadership from Jacqui, it is my role to lead the team to achieve our business objectives. I have developed strong relationships with hotels and suppliers across the industry which has helped us grow EDGE Venues to where it is today. In my spare time I enjoy travel, shopping, socialising and going to the gym.
Contract TracyI joined the company in 2007 and have held a variety of roles from Conference Executive to managing resource as Operations Manager across New Business. During this time, I gained valuable experience of the meetings and events industry contributing to the development of Trinity Event Solutions. As a member of the management team, I continue to manage our existing client base as well as bringing on new clients who require the personal touch in their venue finding solutions. Out of work I enjoy a range of sports, entertaining two young boys and exploring the local countryside with my Springer Spaniel.

I have held high-level operational roles in a variety of industries, predominantly within the not-for-profit and financial sectors, providing me with substantial expertise on operational excellence within a business. I am passionate about using this knowledge to help deliver the best client experience possible! In my spare time, I love spending time with my husband and two children, doing local walks and practising yoga.

Contact RichardI am a passionate individual with a great interest in the Events Industry, starting from October 2023 I have been employed in the New Business Team at Trinity Event Solutions. This has given me an excellent opportunity to grow my knowledge and experience in this developing and exciting sector. This passion began working Weddings and Events at a local hotel in Stamford sparking this keen initial interest. At Trinity Event Solutions, working in the New Business Team allows me to work with and build effective relationships with clients, also able to focus on the retention of New Business and bringing new enquiries into the pipeline. I also have good relationships with the Key Accounts Team/Clients and support them when required. My background in Hospitality has given me the necessary grounding to grow into this job role quickly and efficiently. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, reading, socialising, meditation, and research into spirituality
Contact MilaI joined Trinity Event Solutions in October 2023 as a Conference Executive working within the New Business team. My background is mostly in the leisure industry having worked as a gym instructor. During this time, I found my passion for helping people and as a result made lots of great relationships with customers. This amazing opportunity will allow me to expand these skills in a different industry which I find incredibly interesting and delivering this to a high standard. In my spare time I really enjoy my gym and sports, especially football. I really enjoy just keeping active and getting out the house to see new places and have new experiences.
Contact RobertI joined in 2010 venue finding for clients that came to us via venuefinder.com, I then went on to support one key pharmaceutical company. This gave me the stepping stone to become Team Leader for our Pharma Meetings division, looking after our pharmaceutical clients. Now, as Sales Office Manager, alongside Andrea, I am responsible for the smooth and effective running of the Venue Procurement Team, delivering team growth and development, client satisfaction and achievement of company targets. Outside of work I enjoy socialising with friends and family, as well as listening to music and going to the theatre. I also like to indulge in baking (especially cakes)!

Over my career at Trinity,I have built a deep understanding of areas of compliance for Pharma events and have built successful relationships with all of Trinity’s Pharma clients. I now lead the Pharma and Strata teams at Trinity, ensuring smooth venue procurement for the many complex events they assist with. My background is in hospitality management and as a specialist travel consultant, has provided a strong foundation for understanding the many aspects involved in event planning. Outside of work I have a passion for world travel. I enjoy taking in the sights and sounds of as many different countries as my budget will allow.
Contact TarnyaI joined the Pharma meetings team in September 2023. Prior to joining the team at Trinity Event Solutions, I was a BA French and Hispanic Studies student at the University of Sheffield. This degree has given me the opportunity to complete a year abroad, which included a study placement in Aix and another one in Valencia. This yearlong experience has allowed me to do what I enjoy the most - travelling the world! Alongside my studies, I have acquired 3 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, having worked at the Belton Woods Hotel, SPA and Golf Resort. In my spare time, I love going to the gym, catching up with friends and family, and going out for meals. I also enjoy playing the ukulele and the guitar to nurture my creative side!
Contact MarciaI have worked in various roles, venue finding and in the team since joining the company. I have a wide range of experience, including International and Specialist Meetings Manager and leading our Pharma Meetings division. Working with such a range of clients has enabled me to have a real understanding of all aspects of venue finding, and the varied client needs which enables me to support the Venue Procurement Team in exceeding client satisfaction and achieving company goals. In my spare time I enjoy long walks with my dogs, (trying) to cook and reading.
Contact AndreaI joined Trinity in September 2018 to provide administrative support within the accommodation and Event Management teams. My background has been entirely administration based within differing industries starting with the R.A.F. in Telecommunications. This was followed by roles in the Technical Department within the Food industry and most recently formulating Tender Bid responses within the Commercial Cleaning Industry. Outside of the office I enjoy gardening and decorating.

I have had a number of Finance roles within a variety of industries, mainly Procurement, Leisure and Hospitality where I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience of the day to day functions of a Finance Department. When I’m not crunching numbers, I enjoy time with family, long walks and the occasional box set binge!
Contact JoanneFollowing my degree in Tourism I went travelling around the world for a year before starting work in hotels and restaurants and have spent the last 14 years working for a hotel booking agency. My role at Trinity Event Solutions is to assist the Finance Manager with the day-to-day financial management of the business. My spare time is spent looking after my 2 young girls who seem to have a better social life than me. I also enjoy cooking and reading when I get a chance!
