Trinity Event Solutions was awarded the Promoting Excellence within the Industry Award at the HBAA 2011 Forum in Manchester. The category was judged by Mark Lewis, editor of Caterer and Hotelkeeper magazine who said: "Excellence in the conferences and meetings industry hinges upon employing people with a single-minded focus upon delighting customers. Trinity Event Solutions’ achievement of IIP Gold has driven standards of client care, increased both client and staff retention, and led to more effective succession planning." Jenny Harding, Director of Operations was delighted to collect the award. She commented: "This award is independent recognition and a great tribute to Trinity’s achievements in the last year. It recognises the dedication and professionalism of our whole team and acknowledges Trinity’s commitment to training and development, as well as the clear communication of strategic objectives."
