A quick note to thank you and your team for such a fantastic service in support of the IB Student Conference at Warwick last week.  This was the first such event to be held in the UK and a complex undertaking in terms of stakeholders and expectations. Initial feedback has been extremely positive, and the coordination you provided for the airport transfers and off-site visits was a key part of the success of both the running of the programme and participant experience.
